He was referred to us by our Realtor in Niagara Falls to sell our home in Mississauga. Prior to meeting Steven, we had one quick phone call on Saturday to explain our situation. It was late in the evening and we didn't give him too much to go on.

We met the following day on Sunday. I was absolutely blown away by all of the market research he had pulled together. He had print outs of previous sales, research of nearby schools, parks and amenities. He had pulled reports for literally everything relevant. Steven had clearly done his research and had a very solid understanding of how much we could potentially get for our house.

The part that blew me away was he had already checked the availability of the photographer even before walking in the door to meet us for the first time. Even before we had agreed to use him to sell our home.

The photographer came Wednesday, and within minutes Steven had listed the house for sale. A few more minutes went by and we had our first showing request. I couldn't believe how quickly it all happened. After the pictures were uploaded we had a huge flood of people visit the house, and by Saturday we had multiple offers. Saturday night we sold the house, all within 1 week of meeting Steven.

I can't say enough good things about Steven. He was extremely respectful to us. He was always prepared, never missed a phone call, always responded to emails quickly even in to the late night hours.

Steven Sarasin is a dream to work with. The process of buying and selling my home happened so quickly. I firmed up my offer on the home I bought on December 18 and listed my home of December 21 and had a firm offer on Christmas eve.
